Giving Tree Church is located in Santa Rosa, California. Pastor RC is the lead pastor.
Giving Tree Church exists to love and lift up Jesus Christ and to share His love with our community, region and the world. It is our mission to provide an opportunity for all to know and experience God and make fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ.
Walking In God's Authority
Learning to walk in who God is and who we are in Him
1. Identify the lies as the enemy’s attempt to thwart God’s purposes in & through us
2. Believing the ‘voices of men’ will paralyze us from fulfilling God’s purposes
3. Living to fulfill the expectations of man will hinder God purposes
4. We must learn to declare God’s purposes and walk in His authority

What does God say about you?
1. God is the one who created & formed us.
2. God is the one who redeems us.
3. God is the one who calls us by name.
4. God is with us.
God Is
God is who He says He is – He is opening doors to those who will walk deeper into His ways.
We CAN really know God – the “KNOW GOD MORE DOOR” is open – He desires to restore those who have had their journey of knowing God sabotaged, derailed or interrupted.

The atmosphere of our lives reflects the unity of our relationship with God & others.
5 Barriers to the Glory of God Revealed:
1. Insincere Love is 1 way to sabotage God's glory from being revealed through my life.
2. Clinging to evil; hating good is a barrier preventing God's glory being revealed.
3. Isolation from relationships God has provided prevents the flow of God's glory.
4. A negative, critical, joyless attitude destroys hope and is an all too common barrier plaguing the church and our relationships from releasing God's glory.
5. Keeping what I have for myself contains the glory of God instead of releasing it.

1. Now is the time to be one (in tune) with the Father.
2. God's glory has been given to make us one. Many are exchanging His glory for a lie.
3. Being in tune (complete unity) with others lets the world know the love of the Father.

Submission to God and One Another
Working with the Father requires:
1. Seeing What the Father Is Doing: A Result of Closeness, Intimacy & Oneness
2. Doing What the Father Is Doing
a. Requires Submission; for true intimacy & relationship is found in the place of submission (Christ’s authority is seated in His submission to Father – vs. 30)
i. Submission TO GOD James 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
ii. Submission TO OTHERS Eph 5:21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
b. Counters the culture of this world (the culture of the enemy)
3. What is the Father Doing?
a. Making His Bride Ready – He is making us READY
b. He desires to draw more people into relationship with Him & us
c. Calling His people to stand and be His voice, His love, His truth, His touch, His LIFE

Freedom is Fullfillment in Christ Jesus
Where does my heart and mind need healing so I can be free?
Freedom is not self focused or self oriented.
Which relationship is God using to bring me into freedom?
True freedom is NOT in independence, but interdependence relationally.
Our freedom is found, first, in dependence (relationally) in Christ; then, secondly, in relationship with others.
What circumstances is God using to bring me into freedom?
Like Joseph, God uses circumstances that make us feel as if we are drawn back, or going in the wrong direction, to launch us as an arrow into true freedom.
Working With The Father
Together In Christ; Reconciliation & God's Redemptive Purposes
God’s heart from the beginning has been to share the relationship of the Godhead with His creation (mankind); that we would walk with HIM in HIS DIVINE PURPOSE.
God has created a context for us to experience and know Him intimately in relationship, and has called us to walk in HIS REDEMPTIVE PURPOSE of RECONCILIATION.
